  1. Sometimes we tend to use that old phrase:
"A smile is worth a thousand words"

  3. That will be so funny if there's someone in our streets giving hugs for free. :D

  4. Érica I think it would be more funny if those hugs were given without prejudice and fear to people with AIDS!now this simple gesture will make them feel ALIVE!, and make us feel HUMANS!

  5. The song says "I don't mind where you come from", I believe that's the way everyone should think.
This was such an amazing thing to do, and as we can see eveyone was having so much fun and really enjoying themselves. It's very important to help eveyone feel loved, because without love, we're nothing at all. I admire people who do these things, it's a very nobel action!

  7. Journalists Against Discrimination

The national level winners of the “For Diversity. Against Discrimination” journalism award have been nominated.

The prizes have been awarded to print and online journalists in the EU, who contributed to a better public understanding of the benefits of diversity and the fight against discrimination.

2010 being the European Year for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion, a special award was foreseen for articles about discrimination on the grounds of racial or ethnic origin, religion or belief, age, disability and sexual orientation can lead to poverty. Journalists were also invited to submit entries in this category which explored how poverty can lead to discrimination.

On 29 April, the European level winners of the “For Diversity. Against Discrimination” journalist award will be announced.
