  1. I think this film is very interesting because it’s based on a true story.
It “speaks” out the difficulties and challenges in life, it shows us that we must work hard in life otherwise we might end alone sleeping on the street.
Most important is that it’s all about happiness. Our life needs to be lived with happiness because even without money we can still smile.
The film also refers to the fact that we should not quit, we must take challenges to make our dream job or life comfort come true.

  2. This movie was really interesting to watch. It shows the struggle of a man to get a job and a better life. The film made me think of the importance of school for our future lives. With some commitment now, we can avoid huge problems in the future. Of course, nowadays it’s getting harder and harder to get a job, even with amazing grades and certificates. It’s a sad but true reality. Another thing that this movie showed me is that you shall never put all the eggs in the same basket. What I mean with this is that you should never invest all your money in a business with an unsafe future. Well, if there is a thing we all dream for, is happiness. We all shall fight for it and pursue happiness.

  3. I thought the film was kind of a soft drama, because although it is about the real situation of Chris Gardner, it has its funny moments. I like that more than the other type of drama movies, where we see someone crying every minute, making the film too depressing and boring.
In my opinion, the message of the movie is that in our pursuit of happiness, we’ll only achieve happiness if we fight against the adversities of life and never give up. We just need to have hope on a better tomorrow. That’s the story of Chris Gardner, who in the end managed to find happiness.

  4. I think the main goal of the film is to show people that if you really want something, never give up and try as hard as you can to reach your dreams. It's amazing how someone who was not financially stable and was homeless for a period of time still had the strength to not only get a high profile job but to raise a 5-year-old child having barely any money. In my opinion this film showed me to fight for what I want, even if people tell me I am not capable of fullfilling my dream, I still have to keep fighting and never give up, no matter how hard it may get, because in the end the sun will shine brighter on the other side. Basically keep your eyes on the prize and never lose hope.
