I think that the fool people who do that, sometimes, they do that without a specific reason or because they need to hurt someone for they feel better. We know that this is ''stupid'' and the people who pratice that know too! Unhappily, anyone can change that, they only can try help them. People need to search some help if it's necessary and I'm sure that anyone will refuse this request. :)
